Our Dedicated Day Care Services

Our integrated Day Care Services are designed to provide hands-on practical social opportunities for the elderly in our immediate and surrounding area, who are feeling marginalised, vulnerable or isolated.

Our main objective is to promote independent living, support recovery from illness, and encourage our clients to develop a greater involvement and more active participation in their own community.

The daycare services are socially led, with clients enjoying regular get-togethers, daily in-house lunches and a varied range of activities such as Art & Crafts, Musical Get-togethers, Keep Fit and Yoga sessions, Sewing classes, Gardening and occasional outings

The age profile of our clients ranges from 60 to 90 years old.

Referral to this service can be made through your local GP, Public Health Nurse, the HSE or directly, by a relative or friend.
